Do you have a referral program?Yes we do! Most of our business comes through word of mouth from our amazing clients. If someone we do a project says you referred them, you'll be eligible for a credit ($50 - $250) with us for your next project.

*Minimum credit value will be $50 and will be available for use upon payment of project from referred client. 10% of project fee will be applied as credit up to a maximum of $250 per referral.

Can you handle both residential & commercial?Of course! We’ve worked on plenty of both. If you’d like to see some examples, just let us know.

Do you provide free estimates?We sure do. We may ask for some additional detail and some images but we can generally get you an accurate quote within 15-30 minutes. If the project is more complex, we may need to visit to provide a quote.

What is your service area?We service the Greater Toronto Area but have done plenty of projects across Ontario as well. The scope of the project will largely influence if any additional travel fees will be required - we can talk through it.

How do I schedule an appointment?The best way to get in touch is through any of the methods on our contact page. If we’re onsite with a client, we’ll get back to you at our earliest convenience!

Do you offer same-day emergency services?Of course! We know how stressful emergency repairs can be - we’ll get to you as soon as we’re available. Calls outside of business hours may be subject to additional fees.

How far in advance should I book your services?We always recommend booking as soon as possible as we service our clients on a ‘first come first serve basis’. The sooner you book your appointment, the sooner you’ll have some piece of mind!
