Last week, my under‑counter kitchen sink became detached from the countertop. I contacted Bespoke immediately and was able to reach Phil right away. He confirmed a service visit and provided detailed recommendations on how to secure the sink properly while minimizing any risk to the existing plumbing. Phil arrived ahead of the scheduled time (with advance notice) and got to work immediately. The reattachment was completed with care, precision, and truly outstanding workmanship. On time and great service, saved me a trip to the body shop which would have cost me double or more to get my rear car window fixed. I started with a DIY project but realized half way through I didn’t have the right tools and one of the bolts was stuck and would not move. Phil came over to save the day that too on a Sunday evening after hours when everyone else said no or tomorrow. If you ever get into a pickle like I did and need saving Phil is your guy! Our first experience with Phil was excellent.  We had a faucet that needed to be replaced and multiple broken plantation shutters that needed repairs.  His experience was shown in his questions to gauge the effort, and also the helpful alternatives to consider.  Pricing was fair and pictures / videos to show the completed work were great. Phil was an awesome contractor to work with. He made our stairs much safer by fixing two of them: one had the bullnose broken off and was being held on by nails (barely!), and the other had a crack that Phil noticed. He also replaced our carpet stair treads, which had definitely seen much better days. Phil was meticulous, kept me informed about what he was doing, and gave me options as he progressed through the job. And he didn’t even get mad at me when I accidentally stepped on the first stair he had just fixed (that was definitely a no-no!). 😂 The finished product looks so good—the light-coloured treads make the stairs look so much brighter and cleaner. He even vacuumed when he was finished and probably left the house cleaner than I would have! After such great work recently, we had Phil back to power wash and seal the aggregate.  It was a large area front and back and had never been sealed before. We opted for semi-sheer gloss. Phil did an amazing job. He came as scheduled early morning to do the heavy duty power wash then came back late day once fully dry to seal. To say the end result was night and day would be an understatement. I have added some photos before and after to give a general sense but the way the sun is positioned in the back when I took the back patio  photo may not give true sense of how much better the whole area is. We had a problem with our fireplace mantel after failing a WET inspection. Our home insurer would not renew and we were running out of time to get it fixed. Phil to the rescue. He squeezed us in with a quick fix and then came back to repair the job once we had insurance again. Awesome job. It looks better than ever. Very professional. Great communication.
