We guarantee that all workmanship performed by Bespoke Handyman Services will be free from defects for as long as you own your home. If a defect arises due to our workmanship, we will repair or correct the issue at no cost to you.

What This Guarantee Does NOT Cover

This guarantee applies to workmanship only and does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic changes over time.
Materials, fixtures, or products (these may be covered by manufacturer warranties).
Damage caused by improper use, neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
Issues caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flooding, or other external forces.
Any work that has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Bespoke Handyman Services.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe there is a workmanship defect, please contact us via the contact form on our website within 7 days of noticing the issue. We will inspect the work and, if covered, make necessary repairs at no cost.

Transferability

This guarantee applies only to the original client and is non-transferable if the property is sold.
